How is a video clip made?

After finishing shooting, it’s time to edit (montage). Considering the currency of digital technology, editing is done by special applications. In the process of editing, taken shots are oriented as they were already planned in decoupage. Visual and audio effects are also added at this step. Finally, to release the preview and inform the audience, a short video- called teaser, may be made out of the final video clip. Teaser is usually made of the most influential and attractive scenes of the main video clip and is presented as a short video that is normally less than a minute.
It is necessary to know that making, performing, and publishing cultural and artistic works require various licenses. To obtain necessary licenses in compliance with Iran’s laws, different steps must be taken in The Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. In a nutshell, first, the license for the lyrics is obtained; next, the license for the first form of music is acquired; thirdly, it must be confirmed that performing the final performance is in accordance with the licensed form and finally the license for publishing the file on legal platforms both online and offline has to be obtained.
The key point is that all of the aforementioned steps from developing ideas to obtaining a license must be done with the cooperation of experts and experienced people; otherwise, things won’t happen as they’re supposed to.
